HOW TO MAKE FAMOUS NELLORE FISH CURRY

NELLORE FISH CURRY Fish curry is very famous in South India and north India.  This curry is known as "fish pulusu" in South India. Different regions of people prepared different styles of cooking for this recipe. Today I am preparing the most famous and well known as "NELLORE FISH PULUSU /NELLORE FISH CURRY". This traditional preparation method which is my grand mother's cooking method. I learned this fish curry from my mother and my mother is an expert to prepare all non -veg recipes and her serving style is the best lovable serving not only for the family members but also for our relatives, friends. I am using LABEO CATLA /  BOCHE , freshwater fish to prepare the famous Nellore fish curry. This is made up of fresh tamarind sauce, raw Mango pieces, and special masala powder. RED SORREL LEAVES / GONGURA CHUTNEY

GONGURA CHUTNEY /   RED SORREL CHUTNEY Red sorrel leaves have one of the rich sources of iron and it is used as a green leafy vegetable and used in non-veg recipes also. I am preparing chutney and this is the most favourite chutney for south Indians. Today I am preparing ANDHRA GONGURA chutney also called pachadi in the Telugu language. This is served with hot steamed rice and a little bit of pure ghee, the taste is amazing and kids,elders and all ages of people like very much this chutney.Once you taste this chutney, you never say no to eat. MUTTON DRUMSTICK CURRY Mutton Drumstick curry is a very tasty and spicy recipe which is  regular South-Indian dish. Drumsticks enhance the taste of mutton curry and it has so many health benefits to our health. Lets start to prepare: Ingredients: Mutton - 1 kg Drumstick - 4 Onions - 5 Tomatoes - 2 Ginger-Garlic paste - 2 spoons Garam Masala - One and a half spoon Red Chilli Powder - 2 spoons Turmeric Powder - 1/2 spoon Salt -  One and a half spoon Oil - 6 spoons Curry Leaves - Few   Coriander Leaves - Few Fennel Seeds / Sompu - 1/4 spoon Cumin Seeds / Jeera -  1/4 spoon Cloves -  4  Elaichi/cardamom -  1 Preparation: Cut onions into small pieces and place them in a mixer jar to prepare a fine paste. Heat a big pressure cooker, add oil, cloves, elaichi, fennel seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves. After tampering it, add onion paste and roast it until it turns into a brownish colour. CHICKEN ROAST

  CHICKEN ROAST  Chicken has been low saturated fat and doctors also suggested chicken has healthy protein diet instead of red meat.Different varieties of chicken recipes are very popular all over the world.  I am preparing chicken roast with less oil and it is prepared shallow fry. It is best protein diet for all ages of people. Let's start to prepare Ingredients: Boneless chicken - 1/2 kg Red chilli powder - 1/2 spoon Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon Salt - 1/4 spoon Egg - 1 Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 spoon Garam masala - 1/4 spoon Lemon - 1/2 spoon Corn flour - 4 spoons Oil - 5 to 6 spoons Chicken roast preparation: First of all clean the boneless chicken and remove the water into it. In the chicken add red chilli powder, Turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, egg, lemon juice and corn flour. Mix the all ingredients well and keep it for 2hours marination. Now heat a non stick vessel and place  the marinated chicken in the vessel.

RED SORREL DRY SHRIMP CURRY Dry shrimps are used in country food and it enhances the taste of the curry. Different styles of Curry can be prepared with dry shrimps but red sorrel leaves with dry shrimp curry is desi food or country food. It can be stored for two days and the second day this curry will be so yummy and tasty because of the red sorrel. Especially in south India, most people prepare this recipe.
