RAW MANGO CHUTNEY

RAW MANGO CHUTNEY      Raw mangoes are available in all seasons, especially in summer season, everybody like raw mango chutney and Mango pickle.  We can prepare different varieties of recipes with mangoes like Mango Chutney, Mango Pachadi, Mango Pickle, Mango Rice, Mango Dal, Mango Curry and Mango juice etc.,   In India two varieties of pickles can be made with Mangoes, one is spicy pickle & other one is sweet Mango pickle.        Today I am preparing Spicy Raw Mango Chutney in my own style.  I am using Malguba variety of Mango to prepare this chutney.  This is a very easy and quick recipe.  This Raw Mango Chutney can be served with hot steamed rice which is yummy and mouth watering when a little bit of ghee is added to it while eating.  This recipe's flavour is mixed taste of Chutney and Pickle.  If it is stored in a air tight jar and kept in a Refrigerator, this will be good for one week. GONGURA MUTTON CURRY

GONGURA MUTTON CURRY             Gongura Mutton Curry is very famous in Andhra Pradesh in India. It is a mouth-watering recipe in any season.  In every season Red sorrel leaves / Gongura is available, it enhances the flavour and taste of Gongura Mutton Curry.  This is the best non - vegetarian recipe. Whenever our relatives visit our home, I prepare this recipe. Everyone has their own style of cooking. Today, I am preparing Gongura Mutton curry in my own style. This is a very easy and simple recipe.           Gongura Mutton curry is a little bit spicy and delicious dish. My family members love this recipe very much. Red Sorrel Leaves (Gongura) and spicy garam masala enrich the flavour of Mutton which makes it delicious. POPCORN CHICKEN

POPCORN CHICKEN      KFC style popcorn chicken is very easy to prepare at home with fewer ingredients.  Kids like popcorn chicken very much.  It is a delicious, flavored, crispy fried texture.  It is enjoyable with any sauce/schezwan sauce.  My children are enjoying this crunchy Popcorn Chicken very much.  Today, I prepared with my own style of preparation, but it doesn't less than the flavor of KFC chicken.  We use skinless & boneless chicken for this recipe. This is the best snack item in Non-Vegetarian.  It is a very simple, easy, and quick recipe.
