EGG ROLLS/EGG FRANKIE
Today I am preparing Egg rolls using simple ingredients. My kids enjoy this dish very much. It is very easy to cook for beginners as well. I am using a few ingredients like cabbage, onions, capsicum, eggs, chicken, etc.
Let's start to prepare egg rolls:
- Roti / Chapathi - 6
- Cabbage - 1/4 kg (cut into long stripes)
- Onions - 2 (cut into long strips)
- Capsicum -2 (cut into long strips)
- Eggs - 3
- Fennel seeds / Sompu - 1 spoon
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 spoons
- Pepper powder - 1 spoon
- Chicken - Small pieces
- Coriander leaves - 2
- Salt - 1 spoon
- Garam masala - 1 spoon
- Oil - 6 spoons
PREPARATION:
1. Chicken preparation:
- Heat the vessel & add 2 spoons of oil, chicken pieces, salt(as per your taste).Roast for 10 minutes at low flame.
- Add a little bit of pepper.
- Now, Chicken is ready. It is your choice whether to add chicken to this rolls or not.
2. Egg bhurji preparation:
- Heat the Kadai & add 2 spoons of oil, 3 eggs, salt(3 pinches). Roast well and finally add pepper for the spiciness. Now, Egg bhurji ready.
3. Preparation of Egg rolls:
- Heat a big vessel & add 4 spoons of oil, fennel seeds, cabbage, salt(as per your taste), and roast well.
- Add onions, capsicum, ginger garlic paste and roast well.
- Now add roasted chicken pieces, egg bhurji, garam masala, coriander leaves, pepper, salt and stir well.
- Now, the stuffing masala is ready.
- Heat the roti on a non-stick pan.
- Take a big plate, place one roti on it, add 3 spoons of stuffing masala to it and roll it gently.
- Finally, Egg rolls are ready to eat.
Serve hot Egg rolls with tomato sauce and enjoy...
