Today I am preparing a chicken legs roast recipe. This is a very yummy, a tasty recipe that is like very much my family members. Its preparation is easy, simple, and quick. It's preparation methods is different, but I am preparing with my style of method. Everybody likes chicken recipes very much. Boiling, marination, and roasting process in this recipe.
Let's start to prepare chicken legs roast:
Ingredients:
- Chicken leg pieces - 10
- Red Chilli Powder - 3 spoons
- Turmeric Powder - 3/4 spoon
- Salt - 2 spoon
- Oil - 10 spoons
- Curd - 3 spoons
- Corn Flour - 3 spoons
- Ginger-Garlic Paste - 5 spoons
- Garam Masala - 2 spoons
Preparation:
- First, clean the chicken leg pieces with water.
- Place the chicken leg pieces in a big vessel, add Red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, and oil. Mix all the ingredients well and boil it for 20 minutes in medium flame.
- After boiling chicken legs, let it cool or sometimes.
Marination masala preparation:
- Take a plate and pour red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, curd, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala and mix it well.
- apply the above marination masala to all boiled chicken leg pieces.
- leave it for 2 hours of marination.
- heat the pan for shallow fry.
- add 5 spoons of oil into the and place chicken leg pieces in the Tawa one by one.
- roast the pieces for 10 minutes at low flame.
- turn the pieces into another side.
- All portions of leg pieces roasting completed, then place it on the tissue paper, to absorb the excess oil.
- spicy homemade chicken leg roast is ready to serve.
