The small shrimps have vitamins like A, E, C, B -12, Minerals, Iodine, Copper, Zinc. Shrimps are the best resource for Selenium. We can make various varieties of recipes with dry shrimps. Dry shrimps are added in some recipes for extra taste. I am preparing Dry Shrimp powder / Royya potato podi.

Ingredients:
- Dry shrimps - 2 cups
- Red chili powder - 1 spoon
- Salt - 1/2 spoon
- Garlic - 5 rebels
- Senaga Pappu / Bengal gram - 1/2 cup
- Oil - 2 spoons
Preparation:
- Soak the dry shrimps in water.
- Clean the shrimps thoroughly. (The main purpose of cleaning is to remove sand in the dry shrimps)
- Drain the water in the shrimps.
- Heat a Kadai / Vessel and pour 2 spoons of oil.
- Roast the shrimps in low flame.
- When shrimps become crispy, switch off the stove.
- Allow the shrimps to cool for some time.
- Take a mixer jar and make the powder of Dry shrimps.
- Now add Bengal gram, Salt, Red chili powder, Garlic rebels, and make a powder in the mixer jar.
- Very delicious Dry shrimp powder is ready.
- After allowing the powder to cool preserve it in a glass jar.
- Garlic is the preservative in this dry shrimp powder.
Dry shrimp powder is very tasty to eat with hot white rice along with ghee. Once you eat you will never forget this recipe. It is a very easy and mouth-watering recipe. Try this at your home and enjoy with your family.
