It is prepared with small dough balls, spicy tamarind water, sweet chutney, Bengal gram masala gravy, potato gravy, etc.we can prepare this pani puri with different methods and various ingredients.

Whenever my relatives will come to my home, then I made different styles of pani puris. They enjoyed it a lot and gave appreciation to me. We can do this pani puri with available ingredients in our home.

Puri prepared with all-purpose flour or maida. The eating of the pani puris is quite different. First, make a hole in the puri with your fingers and filling with Bengal gram gravy, sweet chutney, and pore full of spicy tamarind water. Now it is ready to eat. While eating the pani puri all the tastes like sweet , sore, spiciness, etc tastes are combined in our mouth and the crunchy experience with puris.

Today I prepare with my own style of pani puri and with available ingredients in my home. I tried it so many times in my home, its taste is amazing. I prepared three, four types of pani puri , this is one of the methods.

LET'S START TO PREPARE PANI PURI:

INGREDIENTS:

  • Ready to use pani puri - 20

  • Sev / vampusa / karam pusa / aloo buji - 1 cup

  • Onions - 2 big size [ cut into small pieces]

  • Curd - 1 cup

  • Lemon water -  1/2 cup

  • Garlic gun powder - 1/2 cup

  • Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup [ finely chopped]

PROCESS:

  • First of all, cut the onions into small pieces and keep in a bowl.
  • Take a cup of ready-made sev / vampusa / aloo Buji. I used aloo buji in this recipe.
  • Heat the oil in a big vessel and deep fry the ready-made puris in the hot oil.
  • keep away the puris for some time for cooling purposes.
  • Take a puri and make a hole with our fingers and add one by one ingredient like fill sev, curd, gun powder, lemon water, onion pieces, finally coriander leaves.
  • If ready-made puris are not available in the market, prepare the puris in your home.
  • Puris are prepared with all-purpose flour. For this take 1/4 kg maida and add a little bit of salt, a pinch of cooking soda powder, hot oil 5 spoons, and make a hard dough with hot water. Make small puris and deep fry in the hot oil.
  • Aloo buji is a ready-made snack item and if you have not sev in your home, there is another ingredient is Bengal gram gravy.
  • Finally, pani puri is ready to eat.
  • We need to eat quickly as soon as , we put the ingredients in the puris.
  • Otherwise, the puris become soft because of curd, lemon water. So for the crunchy effect of the puris, we should eat quickly, filling puris.

This is my own recipe, I used available ingredients in my home and its taste is amazing. Try it once in your home and make your own recipe with available ingredients in your home.
