PANNEER FRIED RICE
RICH PROTEIN FRIED RICE
Fried rice is an Indo-Chinese recipe and We know about vegetable fried rice and use some of the vegetables to prepare. Today I am preparing rich protein fried rice. In this recipe, I used different varieties of vegetables like carrot, green peas, sweet corn, paneer, etc. I am not using basmati rice for this dish. This is very easy to prepare and if we want to add other vegetables but I used these vegetables.
Paneer has a rich source of protein and it is a milk product, easily available in the market. It has a rich content of Linoleic acid which fatty acid helps to increasing the fat burning process in the body and decreasing the bad cholesterol which is known as LDL. Paneer has the best source of healthy fats, saturated fats and it has low carbohydrates.100 grams of paneer contains 8 grams of protein, 8 grams of fats.
Green peas have rich in essential vitamins - K, C, minerals manganese, iron, antioxidants folate, and rich in fiber. Sweet corn also rich in fiber and carrot has vitamin - A and it helps to eyesight.
In this recipe, I use more vegetables and I prepare in my own way. Generally, kids don't like vegetables and parents compel to feed the veg recipes. Here this recipe is the best solution for those kids and everyone will enjoy this recipe.

- Don't fry the paneer for too much time, only it will become a soft texture.
- First of all, we have the patience to cut vegetables like onions, carrot, beans, spring onions, and paneer.
- Cook the white rice and cool it for some time.
- Now heat a big vessel and add oil, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, garlic pieces, onions, carrots, beans, green peas, sweet corn, and roast it for 5 minutes in medium flame.
- Add grated ginger, salt for that vegetables taste purpose, and close the lid for 5 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper, coriander leaves, spring onions, garam masala powder[optional], and just mix it well then add roasted paneer into the vessel.
- Finally, we add cool boiled white rice into those vegetables and mix them thoroughly at low flame.
- Tasty and rich protein fried rice is ready to serve with sauce or without sauce.
- Only use cool boiled white rice because if we use hot rice while mixing all vegetables in the vessel, the rice will become smoothy and it's not perfect for fried rice.
- Use basmati rice or normal rice but I used normal rice for this fried rice.
- Use the salt for vegetables and for the white rice.
- Garam masala powder is optional and it enhances the taste.
- Fried paneer used in this recipe, its taste is awesome in the fried rice.
- Don't use raw paneer in this recipe.
- Green peas, sweet corn has frozen because it's cooking time is less.
- If we want more spicy in this fried rice we will add more pepper at the end of the preparation it means while mixing the white rice.
Hummm... Yummy and very tasty 😋🤤
