- Curry leaves - 1spoon
Rasam Masala Preparation:
Ingredients:
- Coriander seeds-1 1/2spoon
- Cumin seeds-1/2spoon
- Pepper -1/2spoon
- Garlic-4

- Toor dal-1spoon
- Inguva/asafoetida -3 pinches
Rasam Masala Preparation: Make a rough texture or fine powder with all the above ingredients with the help of a mixer jar. Rasam masala powder is ready to use.
Rasam preparation:
- First of all, soak the tamarind in one glass of water.
- After soaking tamarind, squeeze the tamarind juice and throw the pulp.
- Clean two big tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
