HOW TO PREPARE IMMUNITY BOOSTER:





INGREDIENTS:
  • ALMONDS - 100 gr
  • WALNUTS/ ACROOTS - 100gr
  • FLAX SEEDS - 100 gr
  • SUNFLOWER SEEDS - 100 gr
  • DATES - 250 gr [as per your taste add extra dates]

PREPARATION OF IMMUNITY BOOSTER SWEET:
  • Heat a clean vessel add almonds and roast it for 2 or 3 minutes in low flame. Switch off the stove and cool it for some time.




  • Same as roast the walnuts for 2 minutes and cool them for some time.




  • Roast the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds the same as separately and cool it for some time.





  • Make a fine powder of roasted almonds and 6 Malachi/ cardamom [for good fragrance].
  • Same as make a fine powder with roasted walnuts, roasted sunflower seeds,  roasted pumpkin seeds separately.




  • Take a small piece of dates and make a paste in the mixer jar.



  • Now add all the roasted nuts powder, dates paste into the mixer and make a thick paste, after the place it on a plate.




  • Make small balls/ ladoos and keep them in a glass jar. 




  • Delicious immunity booster sweet is ready to eat.


We should eat 2 sweet ladoos every day, it gives us vitamins, minerals, and mainly it has biotin which helps to hair, skin, nails nourishment and growth.





 Children, elders must eat these ladoos to increase their immunity power naturally at home. TAMARIND RICE / PULIHORA Tamarind rice common name is pulihora/ puliyodarai, puliyogare which is a popular rice recipe in south Indian states Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka.
