FISH FRIED RICE
Fish fried rice is a different style of recipe and this is my own style of preparation with less ingredients.I learnt some recipes from my mother, she has a wonderful chef without any degree,she can do many new recipes in her own style.Fish fried rice is my own style of preparation,I think you are also like this fish fried rice.
We know that different varieties of fried rice just like veg fried rice,chicken fried rice etc.I had already posted paneer veg fried rice in my cooking blog,if you want that visit my cooking blog.
Today I prepared a new variety of fish fried rice in my way of cooking.Fish fried rice is a easy recipe,I used small dried fish for this recipe.we can prepare this fish fried rice with in 15 minutes.This recipe is country food,and kids also like this recipe.Fish have rich source of anti - oxidants,it is useful to our brain,heart health.
LET'S START TO PREPARE FISH FRIED RICE:
INGREDIENTS:
- Small dried fish - 1/4 kg
- Garlic - 10 ( cut into small pieces)
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 spoon
- Red chilli powder - 2 spoons
- Salt - 1 spoon
- Curry leaves -5
- Coriander leaves -2 spoons
- Oil -4 spoons
- Boiled white rice - 1/4 kg
- Take small dried fish in a steel bowl ,pore water in the bowl and keep it for atleast half an hour.
- After that clean the fish four - five times why because the fish have sand,if we don't clean the fish properly,we can't eat the fish fried rice because of sand.
- Squeeze the water from the fish and keep it in a plate.
- Heat a big vessel add oil,garlic pieces, cumin seeds, curry leaves and roast it well.
- Add cleaned dried fish in the vessel and fry it in a medium flame.
- When the fish turn reddish colour and crispy texture,now low the flame.
- Add salt,red chilli powder, mix it well.
- Add white rice, coriander leaves in the vessel,mix the rice properly.
- If you want to more taste add excess salt, red chilli powder in the vessel.
- If you want to have more taste add gun powder also.
- Mix the all ingredients well, fish fried rice is ready to serve.
