  • All the ingredients are ready, so we can start to cook pressure cooker egg biryani.
  • Heat the big pressure cooker, add oil, ghee, cloves, ilachi, bay leaves.

  • Add chopped onions and roast it well.
  • Add green chilies to the pressure cooker after the onions turn a brown color. Roast it for two minutes.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste, mint leaves into it. Roast it in 5 minutes.
  • Add tomato pieces into it and roast it for five minutes.
  • Add already prepared coconut water into the pressure cooker.
  • I am preparing egg biryani with 1kg normal rice( masuri rice- not basmati rice).
  • First of all, count the rice with glass and just add a double count of coconut water already we had prepared.
  • Don't confuse the ingredients water or coconut paste filtered water. For example, we want to cook one glass of biryani, we must add two glasses of water. If you have one glass of coconut paste filtered water, add one glass of normal water. Totally we must add two glasses of water. If you don't have coconut, leave it, just add two glasses of water.

  • Now add salt, half lemon juice, coriander leaves, garam masala powder, and close with plate, cook in high flame.
  • Add soaked rice into the pressure cooker after boiling the water.
  • Now once check the salt and add boiled eggs, close the pressure cooker lid and cook in medium flame.
  • After three whistles switch off the stove and wait for some time.
  • Tasty and easy recipe egg biryani is ready to serve.

TIPS:

  • If you don't have coconut, just add water.
  • we should add green chilies for spiciness, don't add red chili powder.
  • Coconut paste water increases the egg biryani taste.
  • We can use basmati rice also but add one glass of basmati rice - one three by a fourth of the water.
  • Just count the whistles for this biryani, normal white rice how many whistles we shall count same as the egg biryani whistles count why because we are using normal rice for egg biryani.
