LADY'S FINGER FRY/ BHENDI FRY
Lady's finger is also known as Gumbo, Bhendi. It is a rich source of proteins, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fiber, and low cholesterol vegetable. It also has phosphorous, copper. Bhendi/Bendakaya/Lady's finger is the best resource to reduce obesity, heart problems, and decrease osteoporosis which contains vitamin -K, prevent constipation, etc. Different varieties of recipes prepared with okra or lady's finger-like Currys, dry items, etc. Today I am preparing okra fry/ bhindi fry or bhendi 65 with easy preparation. It is crispy and tasty. Children also like this okra fry/bhindi fry very much.
- Lady's fingers-1/4kg
- Red chili powder-1spoon
- Turmeric powder-1/4 spoon
- Salt-1/4 spoon
- Curd-1 1/2 spoon
- Corn flour-2 spoons
- Garam masala-1/2 spoon
- Ginger garlic paste-1/2 spoon
Let's start to prepare bhindi fry:
- Clean the okra/ bhindi first and cut the bhindi into 2 inches pieces.
- Take a bowl/ plate and add bhendi pieces, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, curd, corn flour, garam masala ginger garlic paste, and apply to the lady's fingers.
- Heat a big vessel and heat the oil for deep fry.
- Drop the okra/bhindi one by one into the hot oil.
- Fry it in medium flame.
- Fried Bhendi place on the tissue paper to absorb the excess oil.
- Crispy and tasty Bhendi fry is ready to serve.
