PANEER GREEN PEAS CURRY  Most of the vegetarians  favourite  recipe is made by paneer / tofu. paneer is a rich source of protein and good fat. Green peas also good content of protein. Home made paneer is always better than stored.Today I am sharing not only paneer green peas curry but also paneer preparation in our home. PANEER PREPARATION AT HOME: Most of the people know that how to make paneer at home. But I want to share the process of paneer making at home.  Pour 5 or 6 packets of milk in a big vessel and boil it, after boiling the milk keep it in low flame. Now  pour lemon (3 or 4) juice in the boiled milk, mix well with the help of big spatula.  If lemons aren't available in our home, we can use vinegar also.  It turns into curdled milk, now switch off the stove and filter the curdled milk with the help of clean cotton cloth.  Now tie that cloth with filtered curdled milk tight and place weight on it. GONGURA CHUTNEY /   RED SORREL CHUTNEY Red sorrel leaves have one of the rich sources of iron and it is used as a green leafy vegetable and used in non-veg recipes also. I am preparing chutney and this is the most favourite chutney for south Indians. Today I am preparing ANDHRA GONGURA chutney also called pachadi in the Telugu language. This is served with hot steamed rice and a little bit of pure ghee, the taste is amazing and kids,elders and all ages of people like very much this chutney.Once you taste this chutney, you never say no to eat. Gutthi vankaya curry/Brinjal masala curry Description: Brinjal masala curry/Guthi vankaya curry is one of the famous curries in South India. It is made in different styles in different places. Three varieties of brinjal are available in AP & Telangana but I prefer round or oval shape brinjal. This delicious curry is made in my own way and can be prepared easily. Puli means sour in Tamil. Today I am preparing the Andhra style of tamarind rice which is a mouth-watering rice dish. Pulihora made up of tamarind, lemon. RAW MANGO CHUTNEY      Raw mangoes are available in all seasons, especially in summer season, everybody like raw mango chutney and Mango pickle.  We can prepare different varieties of recipes with mangoes like Mango Chutney, Mango Pachadi, Mango Pickle, Mango Rice, Mango Dal, Mango Curry and Mango juice etc.,   In India two varieties of pickles can be made with Mangoes, one is spicy pickle & other one is sweet Mango pickle.        Today I am preparing Spicy Raw Mango Chutney in my own style.  I am using Malguba variety of Mango to prepare this chutney.  This is a very easy and quick recipe.  This Raw Mango Chutney can be served with hot steamed rice which is yummy and mouth watering when a little bit of ghee is added to it while eating.  This recipe's flavour is mixed taste of Chutney and Pickle.  If it is stored in a air tight jar and kept in a Refrigerator, this will be good for one week. ...
